	Why is there no backup disc in my box? Your computer was pre-installed with the 2007 Microsoft Office suite and your computer reseller should have provided you with a Medialess Licence Kit. If your reseller did not provide you with a Medialess Licence Kit, you may not have been provided with the proper licence for your copy of Microsoft Office. Please consult your reseller to verify.
	How many backup discs can I order? You may only order a single backup installation disc for each licence. This disc will enable you to install Microsoft Office suite on multiple computers. You will need a separate licence and product key for each installation.
	Can I get the backup disc earlier? No, there is no way to accelerate your order. Your backup software should arrive within 30 days.
	Why do I need to provide the dates on which I acquired my computer and the 2007 Microsoft Office suite? Microsoft needs to verify that your computer and 2007 Microsoft Office suite were purchased within 90 days of one another to ensure that your computer reseller licensed your 2007 Microsoft Office suite properly. We recommend that you contact your computer reseller if you are ineligible to receive backup through this site.
	What should I do if I acquired a 2007 Microsoft Office suite more than 90 days after receiving my new computer and I need backup software? The Medialess Licence Kit is only for new computers with Microsoft Office programs pre-installed. You will need to return to the reseller who sold you the Microsoft Office Medialess Licence Kit and ensure that they install it on your PC. If you have Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Enterprise or Windows Vista Ultimate operating system installed, you can create a backup of Windows Vista and Microsoft Office to a partition on your hard drive.
	I have multiple computers pre-installed with the 2007 Microsoft Office suite. To re-install the 2007 suite on each computer, how many discs do I need to order? You need to order one set of backup media discs for each different suite or program that you purchased. Your Medialess Licence Kit provides a licence key that will enable you to reinstall 2007 Microsoft Office Suite on each pre-installed computer. Microsoft Office Basic 2007, Microsoft Office Small Business 2007 and Microsoft Office Professional 2007 are installed using Office Professional 2007 discs. Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 uses the Office Home and Student 2007 disc.
	Can my reseller re-image my computer? Your reseller should have an installation disc from which your 2007 Microsoft Office suite can be installed.
	Can I use the Microsoft Office suite trial software that I downloaded from the Web to create backup discs? The trial software is not an OEM version and will not accept the OEM product key you have purchased. You will need to acquire a retail box of the Microsoft Office suite (with discs included) to activate a trial perpetually.
	Can I get backup discs of a retail boxed copy of Microsoft Office on this site? No. This site is only for ordering discs for pre-installed copies of 2007 Microsoft Office programs sold with a Medialess Licences Kit containing only a product key. Packaging Example
Medialess Licence Kits come in packaging similar to the example shown on the right. If this matches the packaging from your product, read the cover carefully to determine which version you have. There should be a blue box near the top that reads, "For use only with a new Microsoft Office Ready PC". The text "Medialess Licence Kit" will also appear near the bottom of the front cover. Take note of which suite you have purchased.

How to Create a Backup Disc: If you have purchased a Windows Vista Business or Windows Vista Ultimate PC with your copy of a 2007 Microsoft Office suite, you can create a disc backup of your entire system. These discs can be used to restore your system in case of a hard disk failure. To do this, you will need either a separate partition on your hard disk or several empty writable DVDs or CDs.

1. With a Windows Vista PC, click the Start button 2. Select the Control Panel 3. Select System Maintenance 4. Click the Backup and Restore Center 5. Click the Backup Computer button 6. Select One or more DVDs 7. Click Next. The screen will tell you how many empty DVDs you will need to create the restore point. Please store these DVDs in the package that contains your product key for Microsoft Office. You will need the product key in case of a failure. Thank you and enjoy your 2007 Microsoft Office suite.

Look for your 25-character product key on a sticker affixed to the rectangular Product Key Card that is located under the perforated flap in your Media Licence Kit

DVD
Look for your 25-character product key on the blue sticker inside the front cover of your Media Licence Kit.

If you purchased a Medialess Licence Kit for the Office Ready PC Programme or Office Home and Student 2007, you may download or order a backup media kit of Office on this site. If you are a volume licence customer, or if you purchased a boxed copy of Office with media at a retail shop, you will not be able to access this site.
