Locate your product key
 Depending on your purchase,your product key can be found in one of two locations:


Media License Kit
Look for your 25-character product key on a sticker affixed to the rectangular Product Key Card that is located under the perforated flap in your Media License Kit


DVD
Look for your 25-character product key on the blue sticker inside the front cover of your Media License Kit.

Download a Backup Copy of Microsoft Office

Before you can download your backup copy, we must first validate your product key. Once your key is validated you can begin your download.
1. Enter Product Key
Enter the 25-character product key that came with your purchase. You’ll find the product key on the Certificate of Authenticity located on the Product Key Card. Where do I find my product key?

Select the language for your backup software

3. Enter e-mail address
Enter your e-mail address for your backup software
4. Verify
